We offer free, in-house training including Foundations for Success, New Agent Training, Pathways to Success, and Continuing Education plus online Real Estate Training by David Knox. Did we mention our in-house, full-time trainer who has over 20 years of experience in the real estate business?

  • Foundations for Success Class

    A 1-day training class providing a high-level company overview including company history, leadership, affiliated businesses, technology, tools, and marketing.
  • New Agent Training Program

    A 5-day training class, which takes place over a 2 week time period, offering training on topics such as working with buyers, working with sellers, contracts, and tools and technology. Lead by our in-house trainer, New Agent Training allows new and experienced sales associates an opportunity for hands-on learning and small group interaction.
  • Pathways to Success Training Program

    As a follow-up to our New Agent Training program, sales associates begin our exclusive Pathways to Success training program, developed by our in-house, full-time trainer. Pathways to Success provides ten modules that guide sales associates through skills, activities, tools, and scripts allowing them to work at their own pace. Working alongside our Managing Brokers, sales associates refine their techniques and hone their skills for building a successful business.
  • In-House Continuing Education

    Offered annually by our in-house, full-time trainer, we provide our sales associates with an opportunity to earn their CE credits in the comfort of their own office.
  • Integrity Coaching

    All of our Managing Brokers are graduates of the Integrity Coaching training provided by Integrity Solutions, which means they are equipped to support our sales associates in exceeding expectations for service and professionalism in everything they do.
  • Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices LearnCenter REsource

    Provided by the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices national affiliate company, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices LearnCenter REsource provides web-based and virtual instructor led training opportunities for business building and technology.
  • Real Estate Training by David Knox

    Exclusive to our company in our marketplace, the Real Estate Training by David Knox video library provides our sales associates with the opportunity to learn at their own pace. With a variety of topics to choose from, David Knox provides relevant material, updated regularly, to help our sales associates build their business.
  • Social Media Training

    A live, web-based training session held monthly and available to all sales associates. Recordings of each training session can easily be found on our company intranet for replay.
  • Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices National Conventions

    Held annually, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices provides 2 national conventions for sales associates across the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices LearnCenter REsource network to attend. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Sales Conventions are held each March. Additionally, the Summit Conference, which is open to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices award recipients, is held each Fall.
  • Ongoing In-Office Technology Training

    In support of the vast array of tools and systems offered to our sales associates, our home office team consistently holds various training sessions in each office.
